We assist end users with all questions related to initial setup and use of the ECOS SecureBootStick®.

Our service hours: Mon-Fri 8.00 – 18:00

Please note: A 1st level support contract is a prerequisite for this service. Once contracted, all staff within the organisation receive full access to our helpdesk for the duration of the contract.

To process your request, we need the following information from you:

  • Your company's customer number
  • Your ticket number, if already available
  • Model and manufacturer of your computer
  • Your Secure Boot Stick variant
  • A description of the issue
