As a leading German provider of IT security solutions, we secure IoT and OT infrastructures with our software and enable highly secure remote access.
Join our consulting team and support and advise our customers in designing, implementing, and operating secure infrastructures. You will create custom plans, install and configure our software on-site, and train administrators in its use.
Your responsibilities
- End-to-end consulting across the entire project lifecycle – from pre-sales to implementation
- Planning and deploying our PKI solution (ECOS Trust Management Appliance) at customer sites, including administrator training
- Professional communication with customers and proactive follow-up on all consulting-related topics
- Knowledge transfer to support, helpdesk, and sales teams
- Reporting feature requests and coordinating technical questions with our development department
- Setting up and maintaining test environments
- Contributing to technical documentation and expanding our knowledge base
- Serving as an intermediary between customers, sales, and development
Your profile
- Professional experience with PKI and/or in IoT/OT environments (e.g. industrial control systems, measurement technology, or medical technology)
- Experience in support or technical consulting and confidence in communicating with customers
- Enjoy learning and working with complex technical topics
- Willingness to regularly support customers on site
- Strong interest in advanced IT security solutions and their practical application in customer-specific concepts
- Independent, analytical, and service-oriented mindset
- Careful and diligent working style
- Ideally, hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Linux operating systems and related tools
- Network configuration, protocols, and routing
- Firewall and VPN technologies (e.g. IPSec, SSL VPN)
- Working with REST APIs
- Ideally, completed training or a degree in IT or a similar technical qualification
