Our service hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 – 18:00

Please note: Access to this service requires a 1st level support contract. Once active, all SBS users within the organization can use our helpdesk for the duration of the contract.

To help us handle your request quickly, please provide the following information:

  • Your company’s customer number
  • Your ticket number (if available)
  • Model and manufacturer of your computer
  • Your Secure Boot Stick variant
  • A brief description of the issue
