Hence, two highly performant and secure remote maintenance solutions are at your disposal – one based on a USB stick, the other browser-based.

No installation, no configuration
All software required to set up a secure VPN connection is already stored on the stick. Its usage requires almost no installation and absolutely no configuration. During the first use, a software containing the relevant administrator permissions will be installed on the PC.
Always the right tools within range
Further applications can be distributed to single users by a container function. Of course, it is also possible to use the container to supply instruction manuals or other documents. Optionally, the stick is also available with hardware encryption.
Strong authentication
For a secure two-factor authentication, a certificate has been implemented and tied to the stick’s hardware ID, so every user authenticates himself using his password and his personal stick. Optionally, the stick is also available with an integrated smart card.
Central management
The central management tool can be used to manage all accesses remotely and to assign or revoke permissions. A synchronization for AD or other directory services is available.
Reporting
The integrated reporting tools allow at any time to evaluate which users had access to the systems and at what time.
